Job description

About Adapt
Every company will have a central company agent. Adapt is the platform for building, running, and governing it. We connect the models a company chooses to its systems, data, people, and workflows. With persistent memory, secure compute, deep integrations, reusable skills, and enterprise controls, Adapt helps the agent understand real context, complete real work, and improve over time.
We believe this infrastructure should be open, portable, secure, and controlled by the organizations that depend on it. Models will change. What a company builds with Adapt stays theirs. Join us in building the platform that will define how companies work with AI.
About the role
We are hiring the first dedicated owner of Revenue Operations to build one trusted revenue system from first signal through expansion. You will own the system-of-record architecture, data definitions, automation, and operating cadence that connect Marketing, Sales, pilots, product usage, billing, and customer growth.
The role centers on the end-to-end user funnel, HubSpot and data foundations, routing and ownership, reliable forecasting, and a small set of high-value automations. You will be an early and demanding user of Adapt, bringing AI into the revenue team's daily workflows and turning the strongest patterns into governed, repeatable systems.
What you will own
  • Full funnel and CRM architecture. Maintain clear lifecycle, qualification, opportunity, deployment, and expansion definitions, plus the CRM objects, properties, associations, permissions, and workflows that support them.
  • Routing and handoffs. Design and enforce fit, intent, assignment, response-time, qualification, and closed-won handoff rules.
  • Pipeline and forecasting. Run opportunity hygiene, forecasting, pipeline inspection, and decision-ready reporting that revenue leadership can trust.
  • Cross-system context. Connect marketing engagement, sales activity, product usage, billing, and customer signals into useful account and opportunity context using analytics, SQL, APIs, and integrations.
  • Automation and governance. Build auditable workflows and lightweight internal tools that remove repetitive work while preserving ownership, permissions, and human review.

What success looks like
  • The company operates from one agreed funnel, one active sales pipeline, and trusted definitions.
  • Routing, opportunity data, forecast reporting, and customer handoffs are reliable enough to support daily and weekly decisions.
  • A small number of trusted AI-assisted revenue workflows are documented, adopted, and automated, returning time to customer-facing teams while preserving ownership and human review.
  • A revenue operating system where no potential customer signal or lead is left behind.

What we are looking for
  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or go-to-market systems
  • Deep experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform, including architecture, workflows, permissions, reporting, and data quality
  • Strong analytical ability using SQL, spreadsheets, BI, or product analytics tools
  • Comfort with APIs, integrations, workflow automation, and lightweight internal-tool development
  • Experience supporting a product-led, usage-based, pilot-led, or hybrid B2B sales motion
  • An AI-native operating mindset and experience using AI, automation, or agents to improve how revenue teams work
  • Experience connecting CRMs with product data, billing, support, marketing, or customer success systems
  • Experience deploying agentic revenue workflows across Sales and Marketing with clear governance and human review

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation strategy including large equity grants for early hires at an early stage in the company's journey
  • Inclusive healthcare packages (medical, dental, vision)
  • Frontier AI access: Claude Code, OpenAI, Cursor, Codex, and most importantly unlimited internal use of Adapt itself

Base salary: $180-220k. Actual offer depends on skills, experience, and location. Total comp also includes equity, benefits, and potential bonus or variable pay. Your recruiter will walk you through the details.
