Job description

What You'll DoKey Responsibilities
  • Act as primary resource for HubSpot administration across Sales, Marketing, Content, and Operations Hubs, including configuration, governance, permissions, documentation, and user support.
  • Build and maintain full-funnel reporting, dashboards, attribution, and KPI visibility for Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Manage lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, pipeline stages, sales workflows, and funnel performance to drive alignment between Marketing Activities and Sales Performance.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize workflows, automation, segmentation, campaign operations, and email deployment processes.
  • Maintain data quality through deduplication, standardization, enrichment, compliance support, and data entry standards.
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and key systems including NetSuite, Celigo, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and related MarTech tools.
  • Stay current on the HubSpot product roadmap and proactively brief stakeholders on relevant new features and betas, including evaluating new platform capabilities or tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking ForRequired Skills
  • Ability and willingness to work with other teams for organizational success.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft operating systems.
  • Availability to travel (10)% of the time.
  • HubSpot administration in a B2B environment, with progressively increasing ownership.
  • Strong data mindset, you care where numbers come from, not just what they say.
  • Ability to translate business requirements from non-technical stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance into working HubSpot solutions.
Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of experience across RevOps, marketing operations, or HubSpot administration in a B2B environment, with progressively increasing ownership.
  • Demonstrated experience spanning CRM administration, marketing automation, and reporting/attribution, not just one lane.
  • Direct experience owning Sales Hub configuration and process: sequences, routing, pipelines.
  • Strong data mindset, you care where numbers come from, not just what they say.
  • HubSpot certifications in at least two of: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub, or HubL.
Strongly Preferred
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and technical site health fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools in a marketing or RevOps context — building workflows, not just using AI to write copy.
  • Working knowledge of APIs: REST principles, JSON, and using HubSpot's API docs to troubleshoot or extend integrations.
Beyond the skills: We're looking for someone who treats our platform and our website as products, with real users, real needs, and a backlog worth managing. You proactively surface problems before they become crises, communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues, and bring a point of view on how the system should evolve. Low ego, high ownership.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 30 days: You’ve gotten familiar with our instance, are responding to helpdesk tickets, and have built relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and ITABS.
In your first 90 days: You’re collaborating closely with our NetSuite and Celigo admins to optimize data syncing and pipeline workflows and have completed an audit of gaps and needs following our upgrade from Professional to Enterprise Hubs.
In your first year: You’ve led our new CPQ platform integration project, audited gaps in process and policy documentation, and established a structured maintenance plan for optimizing our instance, data, and reporting. Stakeholders come to you with ideas, not just problems.
