We are seeking a results-driven, strategic Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and optimization of Virtuoso’s marketing tools and platforms for advisors and member agencies. This position will be responsible for defining and delivering the experience our B2B customers use to manage and optimize their use of Virtuoso’s marketing capabilities to inspire travelers, drive bookings and achieve measurable ROI across all our marketing channels — email, direct mail, print publications, social media, and digital campaigns.

The Product Manager, Global Media Platforms will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and subject matter experts from across the company, as well as customers within the Virtuoso Network, to guide the product features and priorities from conception to launch and beyond. You will also be responsible for managing Virtuoso’s integrations with third-party Marketing platforms such as HubSpot (CRM), Rallio (social media), and other client engagement tools. Leveraging both first- and third-party technologies, your mission will be to put great marketing tools and capabilities into the hands of our B2B customers, maximizing their ability to deliver high-impact marketing that drives business growth.

This role is a critical part of our B2B experience and must successfully bridge the technical and business worlds to develop an experience that our advisors and agencies love. This high-impact position will also play a vital role in the financial success of Virtuoso and its network, improving advisor, agency and supplier engagement and satisfaction with our Marketing capabilities, and driving overall revenue growth and ROI for our customers and our company.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Own the product vision and roadmap for Virtuoso’s digital media and marketing tools for advisors and member agencies, setting and maintaining a rolling 12-month product roadmap and 3-year strategy.
  2. Maintain constant contact with advisors, member agencies and internal subject matter experts to gather and synthesize key insights to drive the direction of our member marketing tools and capabilities. Serve as the voice of the customer within your team and across the company.
  3. Lead marketing platform integrations, including CRM (HubSpot), Social media (Rallio), other sales tools and partner marketing platforms.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, sales, tech, and account management teams to create shared understanding and alignment on strategic goals, and to drive features and capabilities that improve advisor, agency and partner adoption, workflow, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  5. Drive use of cross-channel ROI, attribution, and performance measurement of marketing activities as the core of the marketing experience for advisors and member agencies.
  6. Develop and maintain a high level of expertise on industry trends and technology.
  7. Collaborate with Product Management peers and leadership to cultivate a healthy, effective Product culture; contribute to and evangelize best practices to help the team grow into positions of influence.
  8. Define and analyze product KPIs, using data to inform decisions and iterate on features and processes.
  9. Champion the voice of the customer (agency/advisor/partner) to ensure solutions meet evolving needs and create tangible business value.
  10. Drive growth in traveler reach through increased adoption and utilization of media/marketing products and capabilities by advisors and member agencies.
  11. Increased automation and operational efficiency across marketing campaigns and platforms.
  12. Broadly drive visibility and use of booking ROI measurement for both internal stakeholders and external B2B customers.
  13. Enhanced value delivery for member agencies and preferred partners through increased transparency of data and insights, improved targeting and other capabilities.
