Role Summary
As Hub Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of the championship, overseeing event planning, staffing, kart readiness, budgeting and race weekend execution.
This role combines workshop and office-based operational management with trackside leadership during event weekends, as we continue to grow across the United States, we're looking for confident, organised and resilient leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Operations
  • Lead race weekend operations and event delivery.
  • Ensure all operational procedures, SOPs and safety standards are followed.
  • Manage operational incidents, escalations and contingency planning.
  • Maintain consistency and professionalism across all events.

Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train and manage operational staff.
  • Manage staffing rotas, deployment and performance standards.
  • Support development of Event Coordinators and workshop staff.

Kart & Workshop Management
  • Ensure the fleet of 69 karts is fully prepared for each event.
  • Oversee workshop standards, inventory management and stock requests.
  • Maintain operational readiness of all equipment and event assets.

Reporting & Financial Control
  • Maintain accurate reports, schedules and operational documentation.
  • Manage event budgets and operational spending.
  • Ensure PO processes and financial controls are followed.

Customer Experience
  • Act as escalation point for customer issues and complaints.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience and event presentation.

Essential
  • Strong operational or event management experience.
  • Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Calm and confident under pressure.
  • Financial awareness and budget management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Valid US driver's licence.
  • Weekend and travel availability.

Desirable
  • Experience in motorsport, karting or live sports operations.
  • Workshop or mechanical operations experience.
