Web Developer We are looking for a Web Developer to work on exciting projects for the next‐generation gaming and metaverse. If you are passionate about building cutting‐edge, innovative software and want to work on projects that will impact the gaming and metaverse industries, we want you on our team! Our Orc tribe is a pool of brilliant Orcs from many disciplines, such as 3D artists, concept artists, game developers, graphic designers, community moderators, front‐end developers, and blockchain developers worldwide.

We banded together to bring high‐quality 3D content to the Meta Verse and NFT Space and self‐publish our collections, games, and items. Our mission is to provide the highest quality 3D content and services to the community and to self‐publish our collections, games, and items. Candidate Profile You have 2+ years of work experience or a portfolio to demonstrate skills in front‐end, back‐end, and other languages (Solidity, TypeScript, Python, etc.), competency in blockchain, smart contracts, and dApp development.

Hours You are expected to work 18 hours a week, with one day per weekend. The schedule is built around your availability and our team's hours. Compensation Revenue‐based / Percentage‐based compensation model.

There is no upfront payment at the moment. Primary model: You receive a percentage of the company's profits. Your share within the marketing department is based on your contribution and output.

Commission will depend on sales obtained from projects you contribute to, and commissions are also distributed on a per‐project basis. Equity: We are also offering company equity as part of the long‐term compensation package. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in website development.

Proficient in front‐end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, React, NodeJS, Next.js, and WebGL. Experience in creating customer‐facing websites with engaging design and functionality. Familiarity with SEO best practices.

Skilled in using GitHub and Vercel for project development and deployment. Experience with AWS, API hosting/creation, and data manipulation tools (e.g., Redux). Knowledge of Solidity, TypeScript, Python, Vue, Ethereum, blockchains, smart contracts, dApps, Web3.

Understanding of Truffle, GQL, Moralis, Web3.js / Ethers.js. Knowledge of blockchain standards such as ERC‐721 and ERC‐1155. Familiarity with DAO and De-Fi concepts.

Experience in creating stable, efficient tokenomics processes. Preferred Portfolio showcasing previous web development projects. Experience in blockchain development, including dApps, GameFi, or related areas.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Roles and Responsibilities Deliver tasks promptly with accurate time estimates. Write clear, maintainable code with comments.

Collaborate with the team on product improvement and expansion. Develop secure, scalable smart contracts and Ethereum blockchain solutions. Be an integral part of a full‐stack development team on diverse blockchain products.

Test, document, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality. Coordinate across teams to deliver features efficiently. Provide technical expertise in feature development and foresee potential issues.

Take ownership of extensive areas of web development and complex technologies. Skillset Strong coding skills with the ability to write clean, readable, and performant code. Excellent debugging and optimization skills.

Effective communication, both written and verbal. Teamwork orientation and willingness to engage in technical discussions. Research skills with the ability to adapt findings to the work context.

Solid understanding of the software development process. Time management skills and end‐to‐end software development knowledge. Experience in development using Truffle or Remix is a plus.
