Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in email marketing, customer journeys, AMPscript, SQL, API integrations, and data management to support personalized customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Build and optimize email templates, landing pages, forms, and customer journeys.
  • Develop dynamic and personalized content using AMPscript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), and HTML/CSS.
  • Create and manage automation workflows using Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for data segmentation, data extensions, and audience targeting.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM systems, third-party applications, and external data sources using APIs.
  • Configure and manage Contact Builder, Audience Builder, and Data Extensions.
  • Ensure email deliverability best practices, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues, automation failures, and data synchronization problems.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Implement data validation, governance, and security best practices.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, Content Builder.
  • Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Strong SQL skills for data segmentation and campaign targeting.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs (REST and SOAP).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration and Marketing Cloud Connect.
  • Experience with data modeling, data extensions, and subscriber management.
  • Understanding of email deliverability, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and marketing compliance standards.
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git.
Preferred Qualifications
