Job description

Health Economics & Outcomes Research Sr Manager, Obesity What you will do

Execute HEOR strategy, aligned with the Access Strategy Lead (ASL), for one or several assets across the life cycle management. Identify and deliver global payerโ€‘relevant evidence, patientโ€‘reported outcomes (PRO), clinical outcomes assessment strategy (COA), and evidence synthesis. Ensure delivery of materials for Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions, including the Global Value Dossier (GVD) and economic models. Translate strategic objectives into concrete execution via the HEOR project plan. Maintain strong working relationships with topโ€‘10 countries, including the United States. Ensure compliance with HTA dossier governance and engage with vendors and external experts to validate HEOR strategy and technical approach.

What we expect of you

Global tactical execution. Engage effectively with internal customers (ASL, topโ€‘10 countries, crossโ€‘functional teams: Evidence Generation Team, Global Medical Affairs Team, Center for Observational Research, Access and Use Evidence Generation Team, Global Biostatistical Sciences, US Payer Marketing, Medical Value & Access).

Basic Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
  • Master's degree and 4 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
  • Associateโ€™s degree and 10 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree educated in a relevant field
  • Health economics training (on the job or academic)
  • Experience in writing research protocols and publications
  • Experience in developing payerโ€‘relevant evidence, including realโ€‘world evidence
  • Experience in designing PRO/COA strategy
  • Experience in evidence synthesis (systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons and metaโ€‘analyses)
  • Strategic and technical understanding of HTA requirements
  • Experience in developing GVDs and AMCP dossiers
  • Experience in developing economic models and predictive analytics
  • Experience influencing Access strategy with a HEOR lens
  • Preferably experience in the United States market
