HSE manager needed at manufacturing site in Richmond, Virginia, area.
Job duties:
  • Support development and execution of company's HSE Directives, site HSE written programs, safety work instructions (SWI's) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support and execute site HSE policies and procedures
  • Conduct inspections, investigations, and analyses to minimize the potential for employee injury
  • Conduct site specific regulatory standard gap assessments
  • Coordinate site HSE training
  • Conduct new employee orientation for all applicable HSE topics
  • Act as liaison between site and HSE Divisional and Corporate support
