HSC teachers are responsible for preparing lesson plans, delivering subject content according to the curriculum, evaluating student performance, and providing guidance for final exams. A common challenge in this role is addressing the diverse learning needs of students while ensuring syllabus completion within tight timeframes. Additionally, HSC teachers often collaborate with colleagues to organize extracurricular activities and participate in staff meetings to discuss educational strategies. The role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to student success, especially during high-pressure exam periods.
