Job description

Healthcare Realty is hiring a Senior Analyst or an Associate for its Investments Group at its Nashville, TN headquarters. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business or another related field and at least two years of relevant work experience in real estate investment, investment banking, or lending. The role will include assisting with property acquisition and disposition transactions in the outpatient medical sector. The candidate will provide support throughout all aspects of a transaction including sourcing, underwriting, negotiating transaction documents, and closing.

  • financial analysis of real estate investments, including knowledge of Argus software and modeling
  • negotiation of commercial real estate purchase and sale contracts
  • an ability to lead and coordinate real estate due diligence processes and teams for multiple transactions at a time

Further, the role will entail performing in-depth market research, business development, and networking with local real estate brokers and property owners in targeted markets. Occasional nationwide travel is required. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and transactions at once, leadership, superior organization, and be goal-driven.
