Drive global consistency while allowing for business nuance where needed

Ensure strong documentation, audit readiness, and change control discipline

Lead complex Workday initiatives from design through deployment

Reduce rework through strong upfront design and stakeholder alignment

Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery with a focus on long-term sustainability

Identify automation and optimization opportunities across HR processes

Data Reporting and Insights

Leverage data to support decision-making and process improvements

Build or guide development of advanced reports and dashboards

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and usability across stakeholders

Incidental Know-how:

Remain informed about technical advancements by exploring cutting-edge development tools, programming methods, and computing equipment.

Engage in professional development activities, maintain relevant networks, and participate in industry organizations.

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree in related discipline and a minimum of 15 years of HRIS/HR technology experience, or a master's degree with at least 12 years of experience.

Demonstrated success in project management.

Experience designing complex, cross-module Workday solutions

Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, including negotiation and influencing skills.

Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.

Proven expertise in both Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and HRIS systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation competencies.

Ability to discern and address analytical requirements in ambiguous contexts.

Meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to issue escalation.
