5 + years of HRIS experience ( Implementation would be a plus but not required) Workday experience is required (We would consider someone with extensive Dayforce experience ) Communication: Great communication skills and experience leading stakeholder management. (Must communicate projects to stakeholders, not just handle administrative preparation.)
