Job description

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles: intake, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing feedback, offers, and closing.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support
  • Deliver a smooth candidate experience with timely communication and structured assessments.
  • Own onboarding logistics: background checks, new hire paperwork, I-9/E-Verify, orientation scheduling, and first-90-day check-ins.
  • Support HR operations: maintain employee records, HRIS data integrity, benefits enrollments/changes, and compliance documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries on policies, benefits, payroll coordination, and leave administration; escalate as needed.
  • Contribute to job fairs, and diversity recruiting initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies; support audits and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with HR fundamentals: employment law basics, onboarding, benefits, records management.
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals) and structured interviewing.
