Job Description
Delivery Driver - $24.75/hr + Guaranteed 10 Hours (4-Day Work Week)
We're hiring delivery drivers to join our team delivering packages throughout the Twin Cities. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role using a company-provided van.
Successful drivers are comfortable performing physical work for a full 10-hour shift, working independently, and maintaining a consistent pace throughout the day.
Pay & Schedule
  • $24.75/hour
  • Guaranteed 10 hours of pay every shift
  • 4 days per week (full-time)
  • Weekly pay
  • Start time around 10:15 AM
  • Must work at least one weekend day

What You'll Do
  • Deliver 160-250+ packages per day
  • Drive a company cargo van (no CDL required)
  • Use GPS and a company phone to complete routes
  • Work independently and stay on pace throughout the day
  • Provide excellent customer service while delivering safely and efficiently

Physical Demands
  • Be on your feet and moving for most of a 10-hour shift
  • Enter and exit the delivery van 200+ times per day
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Walk long distances, including stairs and uneven surfaces
  • Work outdoors in rain, snow, heat, and cold
  • Maintain a consistent pace while meeting delivery expectations

This is an active, physically demanding position and is not a driving-only or light-duty role.
