HRH Delivery LLC is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers to deliver packages throughout the Twin Cities. No CDL or previous delivery experience required — we'll train you.

How the 10-Hour Pay Guarantee Works

When you work your scheduled shift, you are guaranteed 10 hours of pay, even if your route finishes early.

The 10-hour pay guarantee applies only to shifts actually worked.

Discretionary Bonuses: Additional discretionary bonuses may be available.

$1 Per Package for Rescues: Drivers who complete their own route and are eligible to participate in rescue work can earn $1 for every package delivered during a rescue. Rescue opportunities depend on operational needs, and drivers must maintain satisfactory performance to participate.

What the Job Looks Like

You'll start your day at our Woodbury location, load your company van, and head out to your assigned delivery area.

Most of your day is spent driving, walking, and delivering packages independently. You'll use a company phone and GPS to navigate your route and have dispatcher support when you need it.

Drivers typically deliver 250+ packages per day, depending on the route.

This is a great fit for someone who:

The Physical Side — Be Prepared

This is not a driving-only job. You will be active for most of your 10-hour shift.

You should be comfortable with:

• Entering and exiting the van 300+ times per day
• Walking long distances, including stairs and uneven surfaces
• Lifting and carrying packages up to 50 lbs
• Working in rain, snow, heat, and cold
• Maintaining a consistent pace throughout the day

• 2-4 days per week
• Approximately 10:15 AM start time
• Part-time and Full-time
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record to meet company/insurance requirements
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening (no THC testing)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
