People & Organization Support

  • Partner closely with the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to coordinate and support key people initiatives across the function.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of talent reviews, succession discussions, organizational planning activities, engagement initiatives, and leadership development programs.
  • Support onboarding and integration of senior leaders and key team members.
  • Coordinate organizational communications, leadership updates, and change management activities in partnership with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain awareness of team dynamics, workforce initiatives, and organizational priorities to proactively support the executive and leadership team.
