Job Summary:
ClifyX is a company seeking a ServiceNow Pc Platform Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including HRSD, Legal, and S2P modules. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing customization, and providing technical leadership to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery), LSD (Legal Service Delivery), Source to Pay modules, ensuring timely execution of project deliverables.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules HRSD (HR Service Delivery), LSD (Legal Service Delivery), Source to Pay modules
• Design HRSD, LSD, S2P solutions that align with business goals and scalability requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide architectural blueprints for implementation.
• Help HRSD, LSD, S2P projects through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities.
• Knowledge of integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise HR systems.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including – HRSD, Legal, S2P modules, and other ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to define the architectural vision and roadmap for ServiceNow implementations.
• Oversee the customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules, ensuring best practices and scalability.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom APIs), ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the adoption of best practices and consistent, high-quality coding standards.
• Identify opportunities to optimize ServiceNow environments for performance, usability, and cost-efficiency, including reviewing data models, integrations, and workflows.
• Establish governance processes to ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of ServiceNow environments, including the proper management of data, access control, and system configurations.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing advice and recommendations to clients on ServiceNow architecture, process automation, and platform capabilities.
• Produce comprehensive solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and implementation guides.
• Lead efforts for system upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements, ensuring minimal impact on operations and aligning with new ServiceNow releases and features.
