Job Description

The Retirement Health Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end Retirement health program transition activities, ensuring seamless implementation, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to project timelines and communication plans. This role involves developing and delivering HR education and engagement strategies, serving as the primary point of contact for retirees, and collaborating closely with HR, vendors, and key business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end HR health program transition activities.
  • Ensure seamless implementation and stakeholder alignment.
  • Adhere to project timelines and communication plans.
  • Develop and deliverHR education and engagement strategies, including meetings, webinars, written communications, and enrollment support materials.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for retirees, addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing personalized guidance throughout the transition and enrollment process.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, vendors, and key business partners to gather Retirement feedback, address emerging concerns, and continuously enhance the Retirement support experience.
