Beyond Borders & Co. is a healthcare company providing quality life-enhancing Home & Community Based Services to individuals and families in the State of Arizona since 2018. BBCO offers a unique combination of premier services such as attendant care, habilitation, and respit services, also known as H.C.B.S. to Arizona residents. Our program is designed to both support and empower adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We seek to employ family members, outside caregivers, and other personel/professionals to help people with disabilities to learn, grow, and ultimately thrive in the communities that they live in.

Benefits Compensation:

  • $19.00 - $21/hr
  • Benefits Options:
    • Health Plans, Telehealth Primary Care, Dental, RX Coverage, Mental Health Counseling, STD, Life Insurance, Accident, Hospitalization and Catastrophic Coverage, and 401k Salary Range: $19 - $21/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to: HCBS Program Director
  • The HCBS Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • The coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that individuals receive personcentered services that promote independence, integration, and enhanced quality of life within their home and community environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in social work, Psychology, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field (not required) or, Equivalent experience in developmental disabilities services or human services may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities or a related field Knowledge of DDD service model.
