Operations Coordinator
Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator will be a detailed-oriented person with a heart to serve at Cornerstone Chapel. They will support the day-to-day operations, event readiness, and facility needs of the church and school campus. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between Facilities, ministry teams, volunteers, vendors, and contractors to ensure buildings, grounds, equipment, and resources are prepared to support ministry activities. This individual will demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit in all interactions with congregants, volunteers, and staff. He or she will seek to perform all duties as unto the Lord, relying on the Holy Spirit for guidance, and completing all tasks with excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
Age
  • Minimum age of 18 required; Minimum age of 21 preferred

Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with facilities operations, event coordination, scheduling, or project management preferred

Knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
