About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Consultant to support the enterprise-wide adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and help the organization realize measurable business value. This role partners with business leaders, Human Resources (HR), Learning & Development (L&D), and cross-functional project teams to translate enterprise AI priorities into scalable learning, adoption, and change solutions. The consultant will also support selected L&D initiatives that equip the organization with AI-forward tools and ways of working. This position is ideal for a learning professional who combines a consulting mindset, AI fluency, execution discipline, and the ability to turn business priorities into role-relevant learning strategies and practical project outcomes.


In this role, you will:

  • Consult with leaders across Wells Fargo to identify AI adoption needs, align enablement to business priorities, and recommend learning and change solutions that support measurable business value.
  • Lead the execution and scaling of key components of enterprise AI education and adoption programs, delivering high-quality, role-based learning experiences that build AI proficiency and support responsible use.
  • Partner with line-of-business leaders, subject matter experts, and L&D stakeholders to identify role-specific needs and align targeted AI learning solutions with business and enterprise priorities.
  • Apply a performance consulting approach, using adoption, proficiency, and business-outcome data to guide recommendations, address barriers, and demonstrate value.
  • Support selected L&D initiatives that introduce AI-forward tools and capabilities, partnering with project teams on client-facing engagement, discovery, and requirements gathering.
  • Support change management efforts for L&D initiatives, including stakeholder readiness, communications, adoption planning, feedback loops, and reinforcement activities.
  • Mentor and guide peers, supporting team capability and knowledge sharing.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Learning and Development Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience consulting with and delivering learning, adoption, or change solutions across a large, complex enterprise.
  • Experience supporting enterprise AI education, responsible adoption, workforce enablement, or business-value realization.
  • Experience partnering with project teams on client engagement, discovery, requirements gathering, change management, and implementation of AI-enabled or learning technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success designing endtoend, skillsbased and roledriven learning strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead moderately complex initiatives and contribute to enterprise or functional planning.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholderinfluencing skills.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
