  • Policy Prodigy: Communicate, instruct, and enforce HR policies, employment laws, and property regulations to keep everything compliant and running smoothly.
  • Coach & Cheerleader: Foster a positive, team-oriented environment by leading training, orientation, coaching, and development programs for staff and managers.
  • Benefits & Bucks Guru: Manage wage, salary, and benefit programs, set up performance evaluations, and maintain union relations, ensuring everyone is rewarded fairly.

  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work with complex data and financial information, meeting deadlines consistently.
