Position Overview: The Airport Production Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring our delicious donuts make their way from our Flagship kitchen to the PDX Airport. This position involves completing daily production tasks, delivering inventory on a strict schedule, and maintaining organization and stock at the airport location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General: Adhere to Blue Star policies, procedures, and standards. Maintain safety and sanitation in the kitchen and company vehicles. Work independently and as a team player in production and inventory management.

  • Driving: Follow delivery routes and schedules. Verify and deliver inventory to the PDX Airport. Maintain company vehicles and complete required documentation.

  • Airport Support: Organize and manage inventory in the storage area. Communicate with Airport Management to determine inventory needs, and bring up to primary location.

  • Production: Complete daily production glazing & garnishing tasks as assigned. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
  • A love for donuts!

  • Alignment with Blue Star’s core values.

  • Current Oregon food handlers, and OLCC Server Permit

  • Working cell phone and Gmail account.

  • Completion of Blue Star Training Programs.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.

  • Must be able to pass a federal background check for PDX Airport Badging and obtain a PDX Airport badge.

  • Must have a clean driving record & pass a MVR 

  • Preferred: 1-2 years of kitchen experience.

  • Preferred: 1-2 years of hospitality experience

  • Preferred: Experience utilizing Google Workspace, Slack, and Paycom.
