Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant should be able to multi-task in a fast paced service environment while consistently having a positive and welcoming attitude. Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties.

Sedentary Work- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Job Function
  • Receive and redirect incoming calls to the appropriate personnel and departments.
  • Greet incoming customers and personnel in a friendly and polite manner.
  • Check and distribute incoming mail; perform interdepartmental deliveries.
  • Handle various tasks including data entry, records filing, prepping out of office mail, scanning documents, etc.
  • Maintain office filing system.
  • Monitor and order office supplies.
  • Back up for Billing.
  • Maintain and update communications via TVs.
  • Help plan and coordinate company events.
  • Assist Credit Department as needed.
Required Skills
  • 1-2 years' experience working in an office environment preferred
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM with high level of accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and have strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills required
  • Must maintain professionalism at all times
  • Accurate and timely data entry and reporting
  • Basic computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and billing

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $16.00/Hr. - USD $19.00/Hr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
