OverviewKaukahi is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to serve as the GFEBS Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Help Desk Liaison. The Data Entry Clerk will provide essential administrative and customer service support, ensuring accurate data entry, work order tracking, and coordination with DPW staff and customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and track DMOs, PMOs, PWOs, OWOs, and process work status updates and completions.
  • Provide excavation permit help desk coordination and customer service support to DPW internal and external customers.
  • Assist with work coordination and communication between DPW execution staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GFEBS procedures.
