Kelly is hiring detail-oriented Data Entry Operators in Cincinnati, OH. If you're a fast and accurate typist with strong attention to detail, this could be a great opportunity for you!

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Enter and validate transaction data quickly and accurately
• Perform 10-key data entry by touch
• Verify information from tickets, vouchers, checks, and OCR lines
• Review data for accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Follow established processes to meet daily production goals
• Interpret written and verbal instructions
• Work closely with team leaders and coworkers to maintain accurate and timely processing


What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to type at least 55 WPM or 8,500 keystrokes per hour
• 1% or lower error rate required
• 10-key by touch skills
• Data entry, clerical, or item processing experience preferred
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to organize information and resolve data exceptions
• Comfortable sitting and performing data entry for extended periods
