Key Responsibilities:
• Developing HP Nonstop Tandem systems in a hands-on technical lead role
• Regularly provide technical guidance and direction to support the business and the technical teams
• Develop secure and high-quality production code, and review and debug the code written by others
• Drive the collection, clarification, and documentation of business and data flow requirements, aligning technical design with stakeholder objectives.

• Hands-on Tandem systems development using tools and languages including TAL, TACL, Tandem COBOL, Tandem C++, Enscribe, SQL/MX, SQL/MP, Enform, Tandem Pathway, Tandem Messaging System, FUP, BATCHCOM, tokenization and encryption.

• Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging modern software tools, platforms, and technologies to create innovative solutions.
