On-Call Sub - Trainer Exploring Bias
EXEMPT/INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY - This position is responsible for co-facilitating the agency wide Exploring Bias Training.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a train-the-trainer program
  • Lead a five-hour interactive workshop on exploring bias
  • Attend trainer meetings
  • Maintain exploring bias training records
  • Present material in such a way that the participants are knowledgeable with the information and have developed skills to bring this information and practices back to their teams

Requirements:
  • Must be an exempt employee at Howard Center
  • Experience and/or interest in facilitating conversations around bias in the workplace.

Structure:
  • Hours vary weekly
  • $25 an hour
