Assistant Director of Adult ResidentialProvide leadership, expertise, and supervision to the adult licensed programs in Long Term Supports and Services supporting adults with developmental disability and/ or major mental illnesses and dual diagnoses.
Responsibilities:- Oversee recruitment and supervision of staff/interns
- Provide guidance on policy, performance management, funding, and culture development
- Oversee program budget and determine necessary budget changes to better support consistency across licensed programs
- Ensure all documentation per State regulations is timely and complete
- Provide leadership and work within the rotation of on-call systems currently in place across residential homes
- Identify clinical and administrative training needs and implement training plans
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree
- Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional
- Qualified Mental Health Professional
- Three years direct supervision of staff who provide services in residential settings and in the community
- Three years direct services to a high risk, disabled population in residential settings and in the community

- Annual salary starting at $77,354
