Job description

As an Aviator, you will take part in a 12-month immersive experience in the Red Bull On Premise world. You will learn face-to-face sales, relationship-building tactics, execution methods, and event activation standards within all On Premise settings like bars, clubs, restaurants, hospitality, catering, food service, events, and festivals. Reporting to a Regional On Premise Manager, you will grow the business and represent Red Bull in your area by developing important customer relations and securing the availability and visibility of Red Bull at point-of-sale. Your main priorities will be learning how to manage accounts across all the segments of On Premise and maximizing Red Bull's presence within your territory. This is a unique opportunity to impact a growing, global brand.

  • SALES & RELATIONSHIPS
    Strengthen our long-term professional relationships with existing on premise accounts and create new partnerships with industry influencers
    Learn how to use sales and negotiation to increase earnings for both customers and Red Bull, surpassing prior marketing sales targets
    Negotiate partnership agreements
    Learn strategies for expanding distribution, visibility, and execution in the market
    Bring the brand to life at the trendiest restaurants and bars, top clubs, major festivals, exclusive events, and in the extended On Premise universe of catering and food service accounts
    Analyze sales data to gain insights, shaping plans for customers and the territory
  • EXECUTION & BRAND REPRESENTATION
    Learn the brand, what we have to offer, and what makes us unique
    Manage multiple accounts
    Implement On-Premise sales and marketing strategies tailored to your region

EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
  • Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage
  • Previous experience in CPG/sales, through work experience or internships
  • Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss
  • Navigation of custom and standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Open to working flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the responsibilities of this job
  • Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License
  • Travel 20-30%
