Job description

Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This is a completely self-paced role with unlimited earning potential. You will be responsible for introducing homeowners to our services, generating leads, and closing sales in your assigned areas.

No prior sales experience is required. We provide training, scripts, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Although nothing is guaranteed, with proper training and practice, we have some representatives earn 500+ a day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about AJS Total Home Care services.
  • Explain the benefits of our services and answer customer questions.
  • Generate quotes, schedule appointments, and close sales.
  • Track leads and sales activity accurately.
  • Represent the company professionally and respectfully in all interactions.
