Shred Vault/DataShield is looking for a driven, relationship-first sales leader to turn conversations into relationships and relationships into revenue. This is a high-impact growth role for a natural persuader who knows how to open doors, build trust quickly, and close deals that create momentum.
As our B2B Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in securing deals with new and existing customers, create and maintain retail partnerships, and identify strategic relationships that fuel kiosk placement and market adoption across the Omaha Metro. The position will start in a market that we are extremely established in with a large list of existing clients and prospects. You will work directly with the President to help shape our go-to-market strategy, win new business, manage existing relationships, and expand the Shred Vault/DataShield footprint in an emerging category centered on privacy, trust, and secure document destruction.
What youll do
  • Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals
  • Build revenue-producing relationships with brands, retailers, and local business partners
  • Work existing relationships to cross sell new products
  • Enhance current kiosk placements and expand new kiosk locations and sponsor activations
  • Manage a disciplined pipeline in HubSpot and turn market feedback into smarter sales strategy
  • Help establish Shred Vault as the trusted solution for secure, accessible document destruction
