Job description

The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of 65 residential units, manage daily operations and ensure tenant satisfaction. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role requires strong organizational and communication skills to handle lease management, maintenance coordination, and vendor relations. The Property Manager will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Section 8 housing guidelines, while working independently and supported by administrative staff.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive tenant relations and address tenant concerns promptly
  • Manage lease agreements and renewals efficiently
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule timely repairs
  • Oversee budget management and financial reporting for the property
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are met
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate service contracts
  • Collect rent and ensure timely payments
  • Monitor compliance with housing regulations and conduct audits
