Job description

Summit Properties seeks 30 hour per week, full-time Maintenance Supervisor for 71 apartments in Addison County. You will work with the Property Manager on a day-to-day basis to oversee maintenance for 3 properties throughout Middlebury. This is an active, independent job, that requires building maintenance knowledge but also people skills and some computer skills.

Daily duties include vendor management and oversight, interacting with tenants, completing work requests including basic handyman work, unit turnover, coding invoices, capital projects and working with Property Manager to send reports and information to property owners. Candidate to have maintenance/handyman skills and building systems knowledge including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Strong organization skills, ability to work with people and communicate with management team are important. Position requires on-call responsibility, some computer and smart phone skills - using Outlook email and calendar required. Candidate will live no further than 45 min from Middlebury, VT area.

Salary commensurate with experience.
