Your schedule can be tailored to meet personal and team needs, with full-time hours set for Monday through Friday, and part-time options available on Mondays to Saturdays without weekend obligations. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies that cater to the unique needs of clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, families, and couples, ensuring culturally sensitive practices.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to tailor treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic client care, contributing to comprehensive treatment planning and implementation.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality treatment.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay current with advancements in the mental health field.

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance abuse. You will play a vital role in helping clients achieve mental wellness, providing support and guidance tailored to their individual needs. Through person-driven programming, you will foster client autonomy and encourage active participation in their treatment plans.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards, with a commitment to maintaining professional integrity.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and associated technologies to streamline documentation and case management.

• Experience working in telehealth settings or familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.
• Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities or certifications related to mental health care.
• A passion for client advocacy and an innovative approach to therapy.
