We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, as well as managing a team of housekeeping staff. This is a key role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality. Opera knowledge is helpful. Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Manage and schedule housekeeping staff, including training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of supplies and equipment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
