To thrive as a Housekeeping professional, you need strong attention to detail, time management, and knowledge of cleaning techniques, typically gained through on-the-job training or previous experience. Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemical safety procedures, and inventory tracking systems is often required. Excellent communication skills in Spanish, reliability, and a positive attitude help build trust with clients and team members.
