About the role
Recess Hotel & Club is looking for a passionate, service-driven, and confident Housekeeping Supervisor to lead by example, train, and mentor our Housekeeping team. This hands-on role supports leadership and the Housekeeping team in the daily operations of the Housekeeping department. In this role, you will work with a team of hospitality professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our guests.
What you'll do
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of the guest experience and room cleanliness by implementing and enforcing Hotel housekeeping standards
  • Lead and foster a positive and engaging work culture
  • Assist in overseeing operations of the Housekeeping department
  • Collaborate and work cohesively with other team members and departments
  • Handle challenges with poise and positivity
  • Maintain organization within the Housekeeping department
  • Effectively respond to guests' requests, problems, or complaints in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner

Qualifications
  • A strong leader with a passion for hospitality and providing elevated service with a minimum of 2 years of experience
