About the Role:

Brookfield Ventures LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Manager to join our full-time team in Brookfield, WI! In this leadership role, you'll oversee the cleanliness and presentation of our property while building and motivating a hardworking housekeeping staff. If you take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences and running a tight, efficient operation, in a fun fast paced environment we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure full coverage and optimal performance
  • Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness and brand standards
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, including ordering and budget tracking
  • Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to prioritize room turnovers and resolve guest concerns
  • Enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance standards in accordance with health regulations
  • Handle guest complaints and service recovery related to housekeeping in a professional manner
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to housekeeping team members
Requirements:
  • Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience in a hotel or hospitality setting required
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness and presentation
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
