Job description

Position Description:
This position is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, replenishing supplies, maintaining cleanliness standards, and helping create a comfortable and welcoming experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
  • Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
  • Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, fixtures, and guest room surfaces.
  • Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items from guest rooms.
  • Stock and organize housekeeping carts, closets, and supplies.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, damaged items, or lost and found items to a supervisor.
  • Respond professionally to guest and team member requests.
  • Follow hotel safety, sanitation, security, and guest privacy procedures.

Requirements
