At the Battle House Renaissance Hotel & Spa, we create unforgettable guest experiences through attention to detail, outstanding hospitality, and a commitment to excellence. We are seeking a hands-on, service-driven Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations and help maintain the high standards expected at one of the Gulf Coast’s most iconic hotels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and takes pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily housekeeping operations across guestrooms, public spaces, laundry, and related areas to ensure exceptional cleanliness and service standards
  • Inspect guestrooms and public areas regularly, ensuring readiness for guests, VIP arrivals, and special events
  • Supervise staffing levels, coach associates, and foster a positive, guest-focused team culture built on accountability and service excellence
  • Partner closely with Front Office, Sales, and hotel leadership to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding guest experience
  • Support operational and financial goals through effective scheduling, supply management, process improvements, and attention to departmental performance
Ideal Candidate
  • 1–2 years of leadership experience in Housekeeping or Front Office operations within a hotel environment
  • Flexible, adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting and is willing to support operational needs as business demands shift
  • Marriott experience, PMS knowledge, and experience in both Housekeeping and Front Office operations strongly preferred
