Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Supervisor

About Us

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. You'll lead a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and step into the Housekeeping Manager's shoes when needed.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervisory Skills: Manage daily operations, including inspections and reporting to ensure that standards and productivity levels are being met.
  • Communication and Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants. Provide training and support to staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Safety and Compliance: Handle "Lost and Found" items with care and integrity. Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met. Access to back of house areas of the hotel and sensitive information. Access and control to sensitive areas in the hotel premises, including Master Keys and/or guestrooms, storage/liquor room, and secured filing cabinets.
  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
