Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant


Job Type: Full-time/Part-time


The Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.


Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain resident rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas

Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working condition

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department

Assist with laundry services as needed

Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Moderate physical activity:

Push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds to a minimum height of three (3) feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of fifty (50) feet.
