The Housekeeping Aide plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff throughout the hospital and office facilities. This position is responsible for ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained according to Environmental Services standards, infection control guidelines, and facility policies.

Primary Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Days: Varied schedule, including rotating weekends.

Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of patient rooms, nursing stations, work areas, hallways, lounges, storage rooms, laboratories, restrooms, offices, and other assigned areas.
Maintain a safe, sanitary, orderly, and attractive environment that is free from dust, debris, and offensive odors.
Follow established Environmental Services procedures and infection prevention protocols.
  • Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Collect and dispose of waste and soiled materials in compliance with facility standards.
  • Respond promptly to cleaning requests and support departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.




  • Previous housekeeping, environmental services, janitorial, or healthcare cleaning experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical duties throughout the shift.
