Private Family in Atlanta, Georgia Seeking an Experienced Housekeeper

Position: Full-Time Live-Out Housekeeper
Schedule:Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm; Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight coverage
Salary:$40 - $45/hour DOE; full medical insurance
Start Date: ASAP

About the Family

A private family located in Atlanta area is seeking a polished, service-driven, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join their household team. This individual will play an integral role in ensuring the daily care, organization, and meticulous upkeep of a 10,000 sq. ft. private residence and guest house.

Children:Older children in the home
Home Size: Approximately 10,000 sq. ft. residence plus guest house
Pets: Must be pet friendly
Household Staff: Works collaboratively with an established housekeeping team, Estate Manager, and House Manager

ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping & Household Care
  • Work as part of a full housekeeping team to maintain the residence
  • Perform daily cleaning and deep cleaning of all interior spaces
  • Properly care for delicate surfaces, luxury furnishings, marble, fine linens, artwork
  • Maintain organization throughout the home, including closets and pantries
  • Handle all household laundry, including washing, ironing, steaming, and folding
  • Manage purchasing, inventory, restocking, and organization of household supplies
  • Prepare guest spaces and assist with household entertaining
  • Adhere closely to the familys household preferences, standards, and routines
Family & Household Support
  • Assist with errands, grocery shopping, returns, and household-related tasks
  • Support with school drop-offs, pickups, and occasional carpool responsibilities
  • Be available to stay overnight at the residence when the family travels, if needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family, residence, and household
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with the other household staff

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of professional housekeeping experience in a luxury residence
  • Experience working within a large residence and as part of a housekeeping team
  • Familiarity with smart home systems, luxury appliances, and green cleaning
  • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization
  • Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent references
  • Legal to work in the United States
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
