About Our Family

We are a busy, warm, and high-energy family of five with three young children. Between demanding careers, school and activity schedules, and the everyday rhythm of family life, we're looking for someone who can become a trusted part of our household and help everything run a little more smoothly.

We're looking for a long-term partner who takes pride in the details, learns our home and preferences, and can anticipate what needs to happen next. The ideal person is organized, proactive, dependable, and genuinely enjoys creating a home that feels calm, cared for, and well managed.

Most of all, we want to end each day feeling like things are handled. We'd love for our evenings and weekends to be about spending time together as a family rather than catching up on everything that didn't get done during the week. We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in making that possible and who will feel valued as an important part of our family's day-to-day life.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You have a servant's heart and a spirit of excellence. You take pride in doing things well, whether you're folding laundry, organizing a pantry, preparing dinner, running an errand, or managing a more complex household project.

You're warm, patient, and genuinely enjoy being around children. You're comfortable in an extroverted, communicative household and understand that over communication is always welcome. You're adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to move easily between household management, childcare support, errands, meal preparation, and whatever unexpected needs come up during the day.

Most importantly, you're looking for a long-term role where you can become a trusted presence in the home. You enjoy creating systems, maintaining them consistently, and making life easier for the family around you.
