Job Summary:
eDesign House is seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to support mission-critical systems for a U.S. Government customer. The role involves building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, managing containerized environments, and ensuring compliance with federal security standards.
Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and scale CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
• Maintain secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), applying DevSecOps principles
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Ensure compliance with government security standards and patching requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• U.S. Citizenship
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering role
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm)
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services
• Familiarity with configuration management and automation tools
• Experience working in secure, classified environments
Preferred:
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community or DoD missions
