HOUSEKEEPER / HOUSE MANAGER – LAKEVILLE, CT

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Lakeville, CT
Compensation: $37/hour
Schedule: Mon, Wed, Thurs 2:30–8 PM; Tues & Fri 9 AM–6 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 35/week
Position: Long-term, live-out

About the Family

Warm, busy family seeking a dependable and organized Housekeeper/House Manager to maintain their 4,000 sq. ft. home and help care for three school-age children (ages 10, 8 & 8). Ideal candidate is proactive, nurturing, independent, and looking for a long-term position.

Benefits: 2 weeks PTO, 4 sick days, 6 paid holidays, and $2,000 healthcare stipend.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and clean the home, including one weekly deep-clean day
  • Daily kitchen and household upkeep
