Cleaning & Janitorial Technician
Location: Fort Wainwright (Fairbanks, AK)
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time

TDL Staffing is seeking dependable Cleaning & Janitorial Technicians to help prepare military housing for new residents at Fort Wainwright. In this hands-on position, you'll perform detailed cleaning of vacant homes to ensure each residence is clean, safe, and ready for move-in.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in quality work, and appreciates seeing the immediate results of a job well done.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed cleaning of vacant residential homes
  • Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and living areas
  • Safely clean high or hard-to-reach areas using ladders
  • Complete light outdoor cleaning and basic property upkeep as needed
  • Ensure each home meets established move-in readiness standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Minimum Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be able to gain post access (Real ID required)
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds or more
