Job description

Blackridge Restoration turns chaos into a clear game plan for homeowners and businesses across the Greater Atlanta area. When disaster strikes, our clients count on us to show up fast, communicate clearly, and restore their property - often better than it was before. We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead restoration jobs from first inspection through final walkthrough.

What You'll Do
  • Manage water, fire, storm, mold, and reconstruction projects from inspection through completion.
  • Scope losses, document damage, and build accurate estimates (Xactimate).
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and schedules to keep jobs on time and on budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, and insurance carriers - explaining next steps and honest timelines.
  • Handle insurance documentation and claim coordination on the client's behalf.
  • Ensure work meets IICRC standards, safety requirements, and Blackridge's quality expectations.
  • Monitor job costs, margins, and progress; resolve issues in the field before they escalate.
What You Bring
  • Prior restoration industry experience is required - hands-on knowledge of mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction workflows.
  • Proven project management experience running multiple restoration jobs simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate and strong estimating/documentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of the insurance claims process and adjuster relationships.
  • IICRC certification(s) strongly preferred (WRT, ASD, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 emergency response.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
